This weeks takeaway is Moroccan ~ warming, Mediterranean spices that are perfect for a Friday night treat!

Each takeaway portion serves 1 person and will include:

Meat: Lamb Tagine ~ Slow cooked diced lamb leg marinated in Mediterranean spices, prunes and vegetables.

~OR~

Vegetarian: diced sweet potato and butternut squash cooked with Mediterranean spices, prunes and vegetables.

Your main dish will be served with an apricot and chickpea cous cous, a Mediterranean side salad, some tzatziki and some freshly toasted flaked almonds (these will be in a separate pot).

Each dish will be served chilled in a reheatable container with warming instructions, where relevant. Everything is made fresh by us using high quality, locally sourced  ingredients.

Collection only from The Shed in Twyford on Friday 5th November.

Ingredients:

Meat option: lamb, prune, onion, courgette, carrot, butternut squash, tomato, garlic, ground ginger, cinnamon, saffron, olive oil, salt, pepper.

Vegetarian option: sweet potato, prune, onion, courgette, carrot, tomato, butternut squash, garlic, ground ginger, cinnamon, saffron, olive oil, salt, pepper.

Cous cous: chickpea, cous cous (wheat), red pepper, yellow pepper, apricot, vegetable stock (onion, celery, carrot, garlic, salt), fresh mint.

Tzatziki: cucumber, yoghurt (milk),  garlic, mint.

Mediterranean chickpea salad: tomato, cucumber, pepper, chickpeas, olives, red onion, olive oil, honey, lemon, parsley, mint.

Flaked almonds: almonds (NUTS) These will be served in a small separate pot.
