Toasted sunflower and pumpkins seeds mixed with quinoa, al dente broccoli slices and fresh spinach leaves. Fresh parsley, dill and mint herbs are added and then it is all tossed in a light lemon and extra virgin olive oil dressing.
This a salad that you can eat straight from the bowl in the fridge because you keep going back for more and more!
Perfect as a side to one of our quiches or go bigger to serve as a side for a bbq.
